Have I told you I am completely impatient and I really enjoy having things fall into place??
"V" and I found a house we both liked a lot (this is unusual) in the area we will be moving to...we put in a rental application everything was approved...but the landlord want us to pay for the house starting on May 1st and we will not be in the area until the 21st...it's was quite a bit of money to put out for a house we wouldn't live in...we even tried to compromise and ask if we could pay from the 15th on...but he was not agreeing. So we've walked away from the house. I have mixed feelings about the whole thing...I really liked the house and the idea that we would be done looking, but I was definitely not happy about the additional money we would have to be out in order to get the house.
So needless to say we're back to square one again...hopefully we'll get it all wrapped up soon since "V" is leaving in a few days and it will be very hard to reach him to help make decisions.
Oh the joys of moving!

Oh - good luck with all of that. What a lot of decisions and details. I hope you find just what you are looking for!

Yeah, I always wondered when a right decision was evident. Like, I needed a big miracle to fall from the sky! And, one time I got just that! Not to get weird on you--but, I was praying about the exact same thing. And, asked how do you know when it is the right house? And, not really expecting an answer, I actually heard: "When it comes easy..." I know approach that with everything I do.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much both of you!
ReplyDeleteCaroline that is a fantastic motto! And one I think I will definitely keep in mind!
Now that's just not fair! I hope you find something even better!
ReplyDeleteYa that's not right and I'm sure there's a reason you walked from that house. You'll find what you're looking for. If not, the parks there are beautiful and I bet you could find 5 park benches to use while you're finding your perfect home. LOL. Or better yet...What about that mansion of a tent that "V" bought for the camping trip?
ReplyDeleteI'm wishing you the best of luck!
